Combat asthma with fish oil
>> Aug 17, 2010

Fish oil fights for people who suffer from asthma, respiratory problems like asthma generally perceived as unfit and unhealthy. They should now be pleased to know that some studies have shown benefits of fish oil for asthma-burdened-individuals. Statistics show that approximately 20-25% of children today suffer one form of asthma or another at some point in their lives. And some evidence from the regular diet of food rich in linoleic acid, on the ground.
Researchers at the UW (University of Wyoming) conducted a study by subjecting a number of children a diet rich in fish, while others continued with their normal diet. The results showed that participants who ate more fish are less prone to asthma attacks and were able to breathe easier as well.
